About the Role
In this position, you work in close collaboration with our three business units to create true value and enhance the business further - and you do this by challenging and supporting in finding new paths to industry leadership. You and your team have four main objectives.
Facilitate strategy development through servicing our businesses in their planning. Together with the team and internal stakeholders from around the world you lead the annual strategy development cycle as well as manage ad-hoc projects.
Lead the market intelligence gathering for the Kanthal division. Here you provide the business with relevant market information, leverage market data, analyse our competitors and gather industry news and other important insights.
Responsible for the M&A process and your team will be the driver for the M&A projects in cooperation with the Business Units.
Responsible for the divisions strategic sustainability agenda both internally as well as towards external stakeholders.
You are a part of the division management team and have a team of specialist reporting to you.
About You
We're looking for someone with a university degree within Industrial Engineering and Management, Finance or Business Administration. In addition to your education, you have senior level experience from similar roles within larger organizations such as management consulting or another global company. This includes a solid track record of driving business growth and change management, as well as proven leadership capabilities. Working in a global setting calls for excellent English skills, while knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.
Your strategic mindset combined with your analytical features enables you to easily spot the details we need to move forward. You have good stakeholder management and communication skills and know how to interact with large group of stakeholders of different backgrounds and opinions.
