In response to the fast electrification of mobility, which is taking place around in Europe, Senior Material has established its European subsidiary, Senior Material (Europe) AB, in Eskilstuna. A large-scale manufacturing plant, which will be equipped with high-automated production lines.
Senior Material (Europe) AB is in a very exiting process building the first-ever factory of Lithium-ion battery separator in Sweden. We invite you to join our stellar team in Eskilstuna for the position as
VICE PRESEIDENT FINANCE
As our VP Finance you will have the overall responsibility to create a secure and stable finance and accounting function 's processes to support the company 's development and growth. You will work in a supportive role together with the President & CEO for our company and the primary task for VP Finance will be to ensure:
• the company 's availability of financial capital for the company 's projects, it 's strategic goals and it 's operational activities,
• the company 's Investment Relations and PR activities for building and establish contact network with various investment companies and investors,
• the company 's financial policy and financial risk management in order to support the company 's strategic goals.
In this position you will have the opportunity to establish and create the area of responsibility for the position with policies, working methods, routines and follow-up for the assignment. Added you will also establish the Finance Departments organization, processes and follow-up. VP Finance is a member of the Top Management Team and reports to President & CEO.
Who we are looking for
To this exciting project, we are looking for you with experiences and skills within the Industrial and Manufacturing industry and with international work experience. For the position we believe you have 10 years of professional experience in finance and more than five years management experience. You expect to be our strong communicator within the field for Investments Relations and PR which demands excellent skills in communication and presentation. To full fill the position you need to have the ability to build stability and trust in your contacts and have a good ability to navigate in a multicultural environment. To inspire and contribute as VP Finance you need to be confident within your competence and knowledge.
