We're looking for two Site Managers to lead a multiple customer site - each with individual customers who have their own sets of requirements. You'll cultivate customer relationships, becoming an extension of their business and enabling DHL Supply Chain to play an essential role in their success. You'll be held to very high standards - because our company has set a very high standard in our industry.
The site structure is that Torsvik 1 has only tire customers at 32 000 sqm with 20 employees excluded temps personnel and Torsvik 2 has technology and automotive customers at 43 000 sqm with 60 employees excluded temps personnel.
Our ideal Site Manager has a full understanding of the importance of result and respect driven leadership and customer relationships - including the crucial role of the General Manager, Operations Managers and front-line Supervisors in growing those relationships.

Our requirements
Together with right personality and drive, that we believe fits the challenge, you need to have profound experience running a similar business 3-5 years and relevant scope regarding all aspects of customers, leadership and managing a P&L. You have to be able to speak, read and write in Swedish and have a good knowledge in the English language.
Start date will be in Q1 2019 and you will have a 6 months' probation time. We have collective bargaining agreements.
