Vi söker 3 st Fastighetsskötare/Critical Facility Technicicans för fastighetsunderhåll av Facebooks datacenter i Luleå.

Customer Service
a. Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
b. Respond to emergency calls
Maintain Data Center Systems
a. Perform routine maintenance tasks in accordance with Pinnacle Safety Policy and Procedures
b. Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
c. Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend system upgrades
d. Order parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs
e. Solicit proposals for outsourced work
f. Perform all maintenance to ensure the highest level of efficiency without disruption to the business
g. Accurate and timely completion of work order requests
h. Escalate issues to Critical Environment Facility Manager as needed
Job Specific Knowledge
a. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
b. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety monitoring and control systems typically used in Critical Environments
c. Ability to read blueprints/CAD drawings

Education and Experience
a. High school diploma or equivalent.
b. One - Three (1-3) years experience in a data center or other Critical Environment required
Working Conditions
a. Ability and willingness to travel regionally.
b. Ability to work at heights and from ladders.
c. Ability to regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
d. Respond to off hour emergency calls
