Important Looking Pirates (ILP) is a successful visual effects and digital animation studio located in central Stockholm. Responsibilities
As our vfx coordinator you have the ultimate responsibility for all coordination in several projects and make sure that everything goes according to plan. You will work in a team and coordinate the communication, information and documentation between our customers, artists, producers and other people in the different projects. Another important part is to take notes during meetings. You are expected to be on top of all production, which means that you need to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. All communication will be in English since we work with international clients.
This position is located in Stockholm and you will be hired directly by ILP. Start as soon as possible.
Personality
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about helping others and have a natural service-mindset. It is essential that you have a very structured and accurate way of working. Nothing is left to chance and you strive to always have a proactive approach to every aspect of your work. Since you like when things happen you get the right energy by working in our creative environment with a fast pace and quick decisions. Whether you just discovered visual effects or been interested in the industry for a long time, you think visual effects is really cool and feel eager to learn more. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills in English.

Essential Skills
• Previous experience in successfully coordinating complex projects that has multiple parties, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Skills
• It is a plus if you have been in contact with our industry before or worked in a company with large productions.
• Good knowledge in Swedish.
