About the role
At our team at Electromobility, you will get all the benefits from a large and international company, but also feel like you work in a creative startup company. You will collaborate and create partnerships to meet shared objectives, and also spend time networking - both inside and outside the organization. The role of the Verification Leader is to lead, develop and drive the test strategy & plan within product changes and projects. There will typical be planning, follow-up in close collaboration with your colleagues in the verification teams and the development teams at Electromobility as well as other teams at Group Truck Technology. For the changes that you are involved in you will create a test plan relevant for the change you are working with. This includes early phase testing up to user acceptance testing and also preparation and planning of test equipment such as rigs and vehicles. This means also that you will need to work closely with other commodities test managers to plan who are responsible for what from a test perspective. With your efficient communication skills, you will be developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You're a problem-solver, which comes in handy when you are making sense of complex, high quantity - and sometimes contradictory - information. Setbacks and adversity are something you are rebounding from fast. You like taking on new opportunities and tough challenges - because it's what makes you thrive.

Requirements:
• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, similar technical field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire, drive, motivate and coach team members
• Experience from Project management and project planning
• Experience from Agile development
• Several years of experience in verification of Embedded System and/or physical verification
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Hands-on experience with test rigs and similar environments
