Vendor Service Delivery Speacialist
SAS Customer Service annually manages millions of customer contacts with the help of external partners and our own contact centers. Our journey to revolutionize customer service has begun, focusing on digitalization, automation, and process development to meet evolving customer demands. We prioritize delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Service Delivery Specialist to join our Vendor Management Team.
Challenges you will work on
The successful candidate will frequently be present at our Vendor Contact Centers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, operational quality and efficiency. The role implies close cooperation both with Vendors Operational units as well as internal stakeholders to succeed in supporting our Vendors day-to-day operations. Together with the Vendor Management Team you will strengthen and develop Vendor relations
As a Vendor Service Delivery Specialist at SAS, you will:
• Secure that Vendor operations are carried out in an effective way with high quality focus.
• Be our eyes and ears close to on-site operations with focus on continuous improvements
• Identify areas of development, need for training, support and brush ups.
• Conduct regular Vendor training sessions and performance evaluations
• Ensure that set standards, processes and KPI's are met.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on company products, services, and policies, ensuring that Vendor teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
To be successful, we believe you should have:
• A passion for good Customer Service
• Experience in Training and Supporting roles
• Extensive experience of Customer Contact Center Operations
• Experience in building networks and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders in a multicultural environment
• Skills to act with high level of diplomacy and social competence
• Proficient in written and spoken English and either Scandinavian language
It is also meritorious with an educational background within the field.
As a person you are:
• Organized and structured.
• A true Traveler enjoying working "on the road" spending half you time at Vendor locations.
• Self-motivated, proactive and take great responsibility for your tasks.
Other of Importance
• Deadline for application: August 21st
• Desired start date: as soon as possible
• Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6 month probation period
• This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), please note that you will travel frequently in this role
• To be eligible for this position you need a EU-work permit
