hela Sverige This is a fantastic new role supporting one of our prestigious clients on-site. We are looking for an experienced technical recruiter who has worked within the IT Sector.
Responsibilities
• Reports to KVMS Program Manager
• Provides and support to hiring managers with vacancies for professional and technical positions
• Provides day to day management of order, fulfilment and supplier management for professional and technical positions
Education
• Bachelor's degree in an IT technical or related business field
Experience
• Two - five years experience in IT technical staffing, IT sourcing, account/program management or other related service delivery discipline; seven plus years overall related experience
Skills
• Demonstrated experience in interface with multiple levels of customer manager, from Project Leader to Vice President
• Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level with hiring managers to identify current and future jobs and skill requirements
• Extensive knowledge of technical, engineering, and professional skill categories in an account management or technical recruiting capacity
• Proven and demonstrated ability to review candidate profiles, screen to applicable technical nomenclature, and assess against both objective and subjective requirements
• Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanour
• Knowledge of contracting and temporary staffing industry
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Swedish
