We, at Volvo Group Aftermarket Technology (AMT) Gothenburg, are looking for a Vehicle Owner Maintainability to lead and drive the maintainability feature to maximize the vehicle uptime for our customer.
This is your mission
You will be the Maintainability Vehicle Owner for our base vehicle technologies areas such as autonomous solutions, electrical architecture and uptime services. The development and evolution go quickly in these areas, and where we need to strengthen service market presence.
You will develop and lead business models for a sustainable maintainability solution for these technology platforms and applications. Using fact and figures, you will drive the long-term roadmap for the maintainability feature within these area and contribute to technology roadmap synchronization with other engineering departments. As a senior member of the maintainability community, you will drive the strategic evolution of these areas inside AMT as well as represent AMT in close cooperation with Truck Brands, and with rest of GTT. You will participate to the development of technical solutions which are easy and cost effective to diagnose, service and repair.

We also believe that you have:
Master's degree in Mechatronics or equivalent, with applicable experience in automotive product development or service market business.
Strong knowledge of the overall service market business and workshops including repair and diagnostics, service information and spare assortment.

And strong leadership, networking and negotiation skills
