New demands call for Scania's suppliers to show the ability to demonstrate that it has completed its internal audits and process audits according to VDA 6.3. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Supplier Quality department group as we seek a dedicated VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.
Job description
The Process Auditor is on behalf of the purchasing organization responsible for preparing and conducting planned audits and/ or potential analysis of suppliers manufacturing processes.
As a Process Auditor you monitor compliance to SCANIA CV AB customer specific requirements and regulations by examining suppliers processes with VDA 6.3 as a process audit tool. Preparing and distributing reports and completing audit work papers and memoranda by documenting of audits and findings according to VDA 6.3 Travelling is a part of the work.
We look for a candidate who has well-grounded knowledge of quality and process management, as well as knowledge of the specific product and manufacturing processes.
Career experience
In order to participate in relevant trainings and to be certified in a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Training & Qualification Module E course and/ or quality auditor qualification certification you need to have at least 5 years' industrial experience, preferably in manufacturing companies in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years in quality and/ or process management.
Additional advantageous competencies are within project management, technical capacity and problem solving/analysis. You need to have good computer literacy with working knowledge of PCs, Windows and Microsoft Office applications. We believe that you have a technical high school diploma or equivalent.
Your profile
You are outgoing, enterprising, independent, strongly self-motivated and have a flexible working approach, you also have social skills and high social competence. As the product range is wide we value the experience of and skills in, various production environments such as casting, forging, machining, electronics, polymers, etc. Depth experience from Scania Production system is very meritorious. You need to keep attention to details and show good observation skills and be able to convey and discuss audit findings, good organisational and analytical skills and personal presentation.
Extensive contacts both internally and externally and business travels assumes that you can express yourself well written and spoken in both Swedish and English. Additional languages are of advantage.
