For the house building market we are working under the brand ECOScience supplying improvements in energy efficiency. In the automotive industry we are supplying fueltanks and rheocasted products for heavy vehicles. Each business area has its own development potential which creates great opportunities for future success. We have a high level of innovation which has put us in a unique position regarding rheocasting of aluminum products. Customers include some of the world's biggest manufacturers of heavy vehicles.
As Managing Director you have full P/L responsibility and ensure that business plans are met or exceeded throughout effective management of the business. You create structure and sustainable processes to achieve quality excellence and high productivity. You work together with highly motivated colleagues developing world-class production processes. Further on you work together with SAG Motion in group-wide collaborations and strategies. You report to the Managing Director of SAG Motion GmbH.

To succeed in the role you need to have a strong technical background, preferably for the automotive or metallurgical industry. Further on you have a commercial mindset and perennial experience from management and leadership. You are a strong leader with international experience, a hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills. You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing, knowledge of German is an advantage. Position is based in Ronneby and will require work related travel.
