As a VBCE Manager you are acting on an international arena as a mentor and coach for a number of Water & Wastewater's commercial teams. The objective is to drive future development and manage the implementation of the VBCE Program. We are looking to appoint a qualified commercial professional with the right experience to this function. The VBCE Manager will be a member of the VBCE HQ team and report to the VBCE Champion for ITT Water & Wastewater.
Specific responsibilities
• Lead, execute and sustain VBCE improvement projects and initiatives
• Train, mentor and coach W&WW sales teams in best practices of VBCE
• Develop and deploy the VBCE program framework, in cooperation with the global ITT VBCE network
• Support the global W&WW VBCE network in our sales companies with training and coaching
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and / or marketing is required. We also require a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration or an equivalent level of work experience.
Need to be willing and able to travel internationally up to 100 days per year. You need strong project management skills and the potential to become a good trainer, mentor and coach. You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous. Basic IT skills in power point, excel and access are needed. You need good analytical and good presentation skills. Process improvement experience and Lean Six Sigma training are additional advantages.

To be successful in this role you must be committed to driving change through training, coaching and mentoring people. It is important that you enjoy communicating with people from different cultures. It is vital that you are flexible to adapt to different cultures and changing conditions, while still driving the standardization of methods that are inherent in having common VBCE program. You need to be able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to achieve results despite limited direct decision authority.
The preferred location for this position is W&WW HQ, Stockholm, Sweden. Other locations in the EMEA region can also be considered as long as the home base can be a W&WW site in Europe.
