The job is a permanent position that will be appointed as soon as possible.
About the position
As a Validation Specialist at PolyPeptide you will be a part of a competent and service-minded team, which support our production departments.
The Validation department has the responsibility for validation activities related to the manufacturing and cleaning processes at PolyPeptide. The department is also responsible for commissioning and qualification of production equipment, automated systems, utility systems and analytical equipment.
Primary tasks for the position:
• Participate in internal projects as a representative for the Validation department
• Prepare validation documents (test plans, validation plans, reports etc.)
• Coordinate validation activities together with other departments
• Review and approve validation documents
• Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies regarding validation and qualification
• Support during customer and regulatory inspections
Qualifications:
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering
Requirements for the position:
• At least 3 years GMP-experience from the Life Science industry
• Experience in cleaning and/or process validation
• Excellent language skills, oral and written, in Swedish and English
• High attention to details and good report-writing ability
• Interest of solving problems and a service-minded approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and individually
Advantages for the position:
• Knowledge in statistical analysis
• Experience in Clean Hold Time studies
• Experience in qualification activities for process equipment
