In our business unit Pharma Öresund, our Danish and Swedish colleagues often work together in exciting Life Science assignments. Many of them larger international ones on the Danish side. This is where you come in! Our Swedish QA and Validation team, based in Malmö, is looking for a new colleague, with great interest and knowledge of qualification and validation.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an important part of our team you will work as Validation Lead / Project Quality Manager, with responsibility for leading, planning and executing validation activities. You will act as an trusted advisor, both externally to our customers in the role as Quality Consultant and internally in our cross disciplinary Pharma & Medtech projects as Project Quality Manager. You will have the opportunity to use your extensive knowledge within the area to advise in complicated quality matters. You will also be responsible for generating VMP, VP, FAT, SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and executing the associated tests. An important part of the position is to communicate with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will cooperate with both colleagues and customers to ensure the quality in our deliveries. In connection with the project work you will be able to maintain and grow your existing professional network within the Pharma & Medtech Sector creating new opportunities and assignments in collaboration with the Section Manager.
We work close to the production and our validation assignments can include production- or analysis equipment, facilities, media or digital systems. Working with a variety of customers and tasks will give you the chance to continuously meet new challenges and grow.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Validation Engineer, who is up for a new challenge where we work to make future together!
Our ideal candidate possess the following experience and competences:
A relevant post-secondary education - could be an engineering degree or a scientific degree within chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, biomedicine or similar or extensive relevant experience as stated below.
Experience from the Pharma and/or Medtech Sector, such as working with URS, VMP, VP, FAT, SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ.
4+ years of experience from validation assignments in GXP environment.
Experience from working in projects and with stakeholder management.
It is great if you have an established network within the Pharma and Medtech Sector
We assume you have experience from extensive documentation and are used to work with planning and streamlining.
Have a digital flair and preferably experience from working with validation of IT/OT systems.
Great communication skills
Fluent in English and Swedish or Danish, written and spoken.
B-drivers license
