As you know the world stands on the doorstep of getting connected. Perhaps you haven't heard of us, but we are the product oriented startup in Malmö that will take a lead in connected Wearable and Thing area. This Anima will achieve with our skilled co-workers, the way we work and by having solid financial support. We will provide appealingly designed products with connected app and service solutions to our customers, with the target to simplify life and give the consumers the actionable information that really makes a difference for them.
Interaction designers for our UX team wanted:
As we targeting to make stylish and useful products with the user and her/his needs in focus we need to enforce our UX team with designers. UX is key for Anima and we are looking for talented and motivated Interaction Designers to fill up our spacious office in Västra Hamnen, Malmö, Sweden with even more human capital.
We definitely want you to have a solid background in interaction design from school and/or in real life working. You could either be newly hatched or working for some years, but: most of all we are looking for people who have attitude, knows why they design in a certain way, have strong personal motivation as well as being prestigeless in using the power of the team to take feedback for improving as easy as giving to assist others. We aim to work close to the product, industrial design, marketing and software teams so be prepared for a cross functional work environment.
Your work includes:
• Get to know our target audience and find their needs in order to design relevant solutions with user value
• Set and test hypothesizes for certain problems or opportunities for our business
• Meet the users and intrigue them to give you the answers of what the really want and then buys
• Make use of our excellent engineers providing you with endless opportunities
• Visualize your design in user journeys, wireframes, stories, flowcharts, low or hi-fi mocks
• Know our competitors and "steal with pride" to give even more user value
You might solve the above with dedication, common sense, hard work and your own experiences, but, we also value education and documented success.
Presumably you possess::
• A degree in UX, IxD, HiD or related field
• Some years of relevant design work experience or no work experience
• Applied experience in methodology in mapping users; their characteristics, needs, triggers; and then present the findings or setting up a workshop for further work
• Excellent or skills with potential in design tools like Sketch, InVision, Framer, Noodle, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote etc
• Proven presentation and communication skills is a must - and YES we speak English as we work in a globally connected world
Your experience from any connected thing relating to IoT is a plus.
