We're seeking a UX/UI Designer with a marketing focus. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our digital platforms as we will explore China and the Chinese online channels and platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge our current approach to the Chinese channels, so that our knowledge can be put to use for our Chinese clients. Additionally, you should help design how our platform should work for the Chinese market. Additionally, you will apply marketing principles to your designs, ensuring they effectively communicate key messages, drive conversions, and enhance user engagement as with improvements made for the Chinese market should also reflect for all of our clients and market.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals and marketing strategies, focusing on global and Chinese user needs.
User-Centric Design: Lead the design of user interfaces for global and Chinese audiences through user research, feedback analysis, and persona development.
Brand Consistency and Marketing Integration: Ensure designs maintain brand identity and enhance marketing objectives, especially for the Chinese market.
Optimization and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to refine design and marketing approaches, boosting user engagement and market penetration in China.
Application of Marketing Knowledge to Design: Use marketing expertise to create designs that communicate key messages, drive conversions, and improve user engagement across diverse markets, including China.
Supporting Marketing Campaigns: Design and develop marketing materials such as landing pages, email templates, and digital ads optimized for the Chinese market.
Learning and Growth: Continuously learn and develop skills with advanced design tools and methodologies, taking on greater responsibilities with a focus on the Chinese market.

Qualifications:
Master degree in Digital Design, or a related field with a graduation completed.
Previous experience or internships in UX/UI design, with ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and successfully drive projects.
Experience in employer branding and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
knowledge of business, marketing concepts and strategies is a plus, particularly digital marketing channels, campaign management, user engagement tactics, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with cultural nuances, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics in diverse geographical regions, especially in the US, EU, and Asia. Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage, facilitating effective market-specific communication and strategy adaptation.
A keen interest in continuously integrating the latest marketing trends into design practices to drive business growth and enhance user experiences.
A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with enthusiasm for creating compelling user experiences that contribute to business growth.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

Language Requirements:
Native fluency in Mandarin and advanced proficiency in English
