What we do at DetectifyDetectify was born from the simple idea that the internet is broken. Our founders are some of the best ethical hackers out there. Between them, they have hacked some of the biggest tech companies in the world and now they are sharing their knowledge as part of our tech teams.

The knowledge they accumulated from ethical hacking turned into an application security tool that automates hacker-attacks.

Today, in addition to our internal research, we collaborate with a global group of handpicked white-hat hackers to gather security tests. Our tool is trusted and used by some of the most widely known companies such as Spotify, Trello, and King. Based in central Stockholm, Sweden, we are currently a team of 50 employees and growing quickly.

What our web team doesOur web team (or Zombie Hands as they like to call themselves) are responsible for Detectify's public facing platforms. What that means is that they build and improve three major platforms; Detectify's public facing (https://detectify.com/), our crowdsourcing platform (https://cs.detectify.com/)andthe customer's logged-in interface.

No matter the platform Zombie Hands guarantee the best user journey possible. The team consists of 7 people with the majority being developers as well as a designer and a UX-strategist. They work according to Scrum in two-week sprints with releases at least once a week.

What you will get to do in our web teamAs a UX/UI designer in our web team you will makesure we deliver the best possible user journey for our users. You will create an understanding of the user perspective to facilitate that their interaction with our platforms is as easy and enjoyable as possible. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Gather insights of our platforms from our users, data team and other stakeholders

• Turn these insights into prototypes that you can present and motivate to stakeholders

• Implement your ideas into our platforms throughHTML/CSS

• Work closely with the rest ofweb team to make sure the features are implemented in the right way

Who you areYou are a person who is used to interpret and understandthe needs of others. You understand the value of setting goals as well as continuously evaluating and reflecting on your own solutions.

You have solid experience in creating, structure and implementing your own ideas and is used to work with:

• HTML/CSS

• Design tools like Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD or preferably Figma
