The position requires design thinking and expertise in digital product solutions. The candidate must have skills regarding interaction, and visual design domains to work on holistic design solutions, from early-stage idea until detailed final design. This role requires a strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers and business stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:
Significant experience (3-5 years) focused on UI/UX design, including:
• Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mock-ups
• Visual design and experience with knowledge of best practise within typography, colour theory, layout and icons
• User research and usability testing
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the above
• Working knowledge of and business fluency in Swedish and English.
• Experience working with Figma
Preferred qualifications
• Experience working in the Finance Industry with customer facing products in fin-tech
Education & Experience
Degree in engineering, design, visual arts, communication, creative, or equivalent experience designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications
