ABOUT THE POSITION
We want our customers to have a smooth and seamless journey to a more equal pay structure. Pihr 's purpose is to help organizations close the gender pay gap and achieve pay equity through market-leading technology and advisory services, and as our first UX/UI designer, you will be at the center of this effort. The key part of this role is that you will own the UI/UX of Pihr 's products, and will thereby have a tremendous impact on our customers and their ability to perform pay gap analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership from start to finish line of the UX of Pihr's products.
Produce wire frames, storyboards and user/screen flows.
Create product prototypes to be used internally and with customers.
Develop personas and usage scenarios.
Track and analyze user behavior in the products.
Create visual designs for products.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is a very broad role, and we understand that there are several potential paths leading up to it. We have listed some qualifications that we think are necessary to be successful in this role.
At least 3 years of relevant experience (It can be from a UI design role wanting to move into UX Design role or vice versa).
Proficiency in a mock-up/wire framing-tool.
Some technical insight into UI design technologies such as HTML and CSS.
Experience from developing design systems.
Experience from working with fast growing services that are required to grow incrementally.
Excellent communication skills.
You must have the drive to establish a UI/UX-centric approach to Pihr 's products.

DETAILS
Start: As soon as possible.
Employment type: Full time.
Location: Our office in central Stockholm, at least 3 days per week in the office. We do not accept fully remote work for this position.
