HVNT aims to be the world's leading AR technology company, sparking creative and engaging journeys in the real world. Our products inspire outdoor adventures, exercise, education and meaningful social interaction.
The current team is a diverse group of engineers, developers and marketing people based in Stockholm, Geneva, Amsterdam & Nis. We are now looking to expand the team with a UX/UI developer role during the spring of 2021.
The role's responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we would like to see what you have done previously in your career.
The role is a 6 months project based role starting in February with option to extend indefinetely. The last day for application is December 21st 2020.
UX / UI Design Responsibilities:
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration the rest of the team.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects with proven usability
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc or InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
We would <3 it if you also:
• Have experience of working with 3D objects and 3D design programs (Blender, Maya, 3DS Max etc)
• Love new technologies & Augmented Reality
