hela Sverige Telia is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch telecom solutions to businesses in Sweden. You will join a mature design team with other UX/UI Designers, design leads as well as a User Researcher and a UX Writer.
We work with Telia's whole digital B2B affair and you will work in close collaboration with the design team as well as analysts, product managers and developers. This role will focus on the design on our public pages which means that you will also work in close collaboration with content managers and brand representatives.
Responsibilities:
Designing mockups as well as high-fidelity user interfaces
Conducting user interviews and user tests in close collaboration with our User Researcher
Setting up design metrics together with och analysts
Identifying user needs and then scope, plan, and execute within the design process
Contribute with design components to our design system
Advocate for the user to diverse audiences and stakeholders in meetings as well as through written and oral presentations
Forming and maintaining a close partnerships with other designers as well as the product and analytics teams and developers
Requirements:
Experience of working with responsive design
A very strong skillset in both UX and UI design
A good understanding and holistic view of accessibility and WCAG requirements
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions & tradeoffs, and present design
Nice to have:
Experience of working with and contributing to a design system
Experience of working in B2B
