About the role
Clas Ohlson UX & UI Design Team is responsible for how Clas Ohlson look and feels like in our digital channels. The role of a UX researcher is to unearth human insights to guide the application of design. The mission is to evangelize user research across the company while setting new exceptional and operative standards. You do this by qualitative and user-centered design & research methodologies. We have an agile culture where we strive to develop by learning by doing, reflect and push for successful solutions.
As our UX Researcher, you understand and take responsibility for the area of UX research and will help provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of multiple users. You will collaborate across other teams to evaluate current and upcoming user research needs that help to improve product definition and drive business goals.
Your responsibility except daily work with the team will include:
• Collect and analyze customer behavior through a variety of methods such as set up target groups, qualitative interviews, heatmaps, surveys, benchmark studies, (A/B testing) and much more.
• Communicate research findings through, workshops, User journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and verbal presentations focusing on actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics and a range of qualitative research methodologies
• A portfolio of work illustrating research plans, process, data analysis and outcomes
Who are you?
As UX Researcher you are passionate about the customer's needs and you are on top of the latest trends. We believe you are a great communicator and wants to be a part of a fun team. You are self-driven and find constant solutions. We would like you to have at least a couple of years of experience as an UX-researcher. We see that you have knowledge with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies and have strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional team environment to identify research opportunities.
You have the following experience:
• Comfortable with planning, conducting, synthesizing, and sharing insights
• Produce UI/UX design
You have relevant education from a university, college or polytechnic, otherwise you have acquired the corresponding knowledge via work experience, and you have a very good ability to express yourself in English, both in written and verbally.
Location: Malmö, Stockholm or Insjön
