This role will work across our extraordinary product, development and marketing teams, to design, build and release new and existing products, whilst also being a key contributor at the development stage of these products. You love UI/UX design and is enthusiastic about bringing the next-generation of design to life.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with our technology and product teams to evangelize directions and resolve design trade-offs and implementation issues.
Designing use cases, states and detailed interface specifications through both verbal direction as well as physical assets such diagrams, flow-charts, sketches, wireframes, interface layouts or prototypes.
Maintaining detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns for all of our business and partners.
Providing support and guidance both to internal and external partners, to make creative and technology decisions in terms of the product's user experience, functionalities and look & feel design.
You will identify and address UX needs across different projects and partners.
Sharing your knowledge and experience with Product and Technology teams.
Use data and collaborate with analytical support to create the best possible UI/UX solutions.
Act as an educational point of contact for all teams.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once in an agile, dynamic environment.
Working collaboratively across globally distributed teams or independently.
You will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), visual design or equivalent, along with:
A real passion for creating, communicating, and defending the needs of the user.
Deep understanding of User Research, when required, and how it can inform/support design decisions.
A very strong attention to detail, every pixel matters!
HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript development experience.
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Nice to haves:
Experience in working with API's
Knowledge about CSS preprocessors
Experience designing and prototyping for mobile
