Job Role:
As a UX Designer, you'll work at the intersection of art and technology to create a world-class user experience for our clients on the Google Cloud Platform. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire design journey from ideation, research, and prototyping to the final product, ensuring user-centricity at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive UX projects from ideation to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and refine user experiences.
Translate research findings into design solutions, ensuring they are user-focused, feasible, and in line with our business objectives.
Lead design sessions with client teams to gather functional and technical requirements.
Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Reduce design iteration cycles by understanding and internalizing brand and business requirements early in the design process.
Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Web Design, or a related field of study.
Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Maze, Proto.io, Google Analytics, Illustrator, Zeplin, Miro, Google Optimize, Sketch, etc.
Ability to prototype, conduct usability tests, and interpret quantitative data.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and explaining design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead projects and work autonomously.
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with product-driven brands.
Proficiency in English.
