As a UX Designer at Novacura, you will design a product that enables professionals with limited programming skills to effortlessly create, launch, and manage web & mobile apps. Imagine a tool where you draw your apps and their behaviors without needing to code.
You'll play a vital role in bringing users,technology, business, and technologists together to create innovative solutions to user needs. You will ensure that the users of our products are delighted by our offerings by making sure that our products embody high levels of Usability, Utility, Visual and Interaction Design enabling users to work efficiently while enjoying a modern user interface.
You'll collaborate with development teams engaged in web, iOS, and Android app development, as well as web-based data visualization dashboards.
As a UX Designer at Novacura you are responsible for:
Creating and iterating pixel perfectuser interface prototypes together with the UX team, development team and end users
Guiding development team during development to ensure that the final product is developed according to your design specifications
Owning the UX performance of your product, ensuring that the UX of your product consistently maintains a high standard of UX
Maintaining consistent UX across products together with the UX team
Contributing to evolving our common design system
About You
We are looking for a team-player who is communicative, accountable and driven. You take pride in high-quality UX and continually seek improvementby reviewing and gathering feedback on your product and collaborating with your team to implement enhancements.
You are confident in the whole design process, from framing the user's problem, leading ideation sessions, creating visually attractive high-fidelity prototypes, executing usability tests and usability reviews & synthesizing insight into changes to your designs and product.
We believe you have experience in the following areas:
Figma is our tool for prototyping but knowledge of other prototyping tools such as Adobe suite / Sketch can be meritorious
Digital user interface design
Visual communication, information visualization, graphical design
Design for web, mobile
Data visualization
Design systems
User centered design methods, research and testing
Degree in Interaction design or similar
Knowledge or interest in software development
