This is a consultant assignment through KiMM/Wise Professionals. It is a full-time assignment scheduled to commence in January and extend over a duration of one year.
About the Role
Technical training prepares technicians and support functions in market networks on how to work with our client's vehicles according to their unique processes. They always strive for our training to be enjoyable, relevant, and rewarding. We are looking for a person who shares these values and can help further enhance this technical training experience. We want someone who can challenge our client with creative and sustainable new ideas.
Assignment Description
Develop intuitive flows and prototypes that convey the intended design vision for technical training projects.
Create supporting elements such as menus and tooltips.
Write text for the technical training materials.
Contribute to the creation of simple, smart, unique, and pedagogical technical training content.
Create something unexpected, something that makes people say "wow."
Ensure that technical training content aligns with our client's guidelines, including tone of voice, art direction, etc.
Maintain quality assurance in your field.
Requirements
We are seeking a UX wizard who can create prototypes and designs for complete training programs and assist in the development of new interactive features to be incorporated into our training platform.
Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must.
Software and IT
Proficiency in industry-relevant tools (e.g., Figma).
Personal Attributes
Ability to create, adapt, and iterate within a variety of design styles.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs.
Enthusiasm for enjoying work and being part of an agile team.
Exceptional multitasking skills.
