As a UX Designer at Smartsign, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with talented professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Design and prototype user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, sales and support to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to continuously improve product usability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UX design, and share insights and best practices with the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products or services.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for creating elegant and effective user experiences that delight users.
