Could you be the full-time UX Designer in Hässleholm or Stockholm we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your UX design expertise within Alstom and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You'll collaborate with UX designers, developers, Product and Program managers. Together we will form the next generation of web-based Alstom internal applications. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with our developer team, research on user needs and behaviours and follow agile work processes.
You'll specifically take care of designing wireframes, prototypes and design assets as well as discovering new opportunities. As we are part of a global organization, providing support to other teams and products can be part of future tasks.
Every day work tasks:
Analysis of user behaviors (interview users, analyze analytics data, identify, and understand pain-points)
Create UX designs, interact with and support the development teams
Wireframing and UI prototyping by creating blueprints of the interfaces needed for the interaction
Learning and understanding the domain to bring innovative and technical solutions
Visual Communication, being knowledgeable in layout, color, typography, icons, images, and design theory.
All about you

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science including interaction design (or equivalent).
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in interaction design.
Experience in Web technologies (basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Frontend frameworks).
Experience or understanding of complex software products and projects.
Familiarity with agile software development (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
Knowledge in both Adobe XD and Figma is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in English and Swedish speaking/understanding.
