We're looking for a UX/CX Manager to join our growing Digital Business team in Malmö. For this position we're looking for a business oriented colleague, a team player with an analytical mindset and a keen problem solver. You will work on both a strategic level as well as being involved in day -to-day operations, working closely with highly agile and cross functional teams, to deliver continuous value.
Together with business owners and your Digital Business colleagues your tasks will range from working with design guidelines to hands on wireframing and driving the dialogue with the development team during the implementation of new digital services.
You will get in at the beginning as we grow the Digital Business team and see your work deployed fast and often into the real world and you will also hold a key role when it comes to bridging business and technical requirements, working closely both with business and development teams. In the role you support & guide the organization to produce consistent and best in class digital customer experience across the digital touchpoints and throughout the customer life cycle. You will manage and monitor the digital customer experience across the digital touchpoints. Since you will be one of our team members with the most knowledge of UX/CX you will support your colleagues and manage, update and communicate UX/CX guidelines.
Everyday task will be:
Work with continuous improvements of existing design
Team up with the development teams to facilitate the implementation through interpretation of design requirements
Working closely with the digital agency regarding UX & design matters
Participate in UAT, edge case and/or end-to-end testing
For this position, we're looking for a Digital Professional with documented experience and hands on skills. You have a relevant educational background and experience from a similar position. To be successful in the role you are self-motivated team player. You have the ability to fluently speak and write in English and in a Scandinavian language.
A suitable candidate also needs:
UX/CX design experience from self-service functionality such as wireframing of web & app design concepts
Stakeholder management experience
HTML/CSS skills
Meriting: Sketch, tools for building clickable prototypes such as proto.io
