Your future challenge
Do you enjoy working both operationally and strategically?
In the position of Development Engineer, you work to develop new and optimize existing products and processes. The work mainly takes place in project form where you are expected to lead or participate in projects, from planning to handover.
The work involves a proactive and close-to-production way of working internally and externally with many contacts. You will be part of a curious team with extensive experience in development and innovation!
To succeed in this role
We are looking for you who have a relevant university education or similar with a technical orientation. Regardless of whether you have extensive experience or are a recent graduate in the field, you will feel comfortable with us.

Innovative paper products from fresh fibre Holmen uses fresh fibre to develop innovative paper products that are ideally suited to books, magazines, advertising and packaging. We specialise in areas of use that benefit from lightweight paper with high bulk and brightness and good printing properties. Fresh fibre from sustainably managed forests is also essential for the recycled paper of tomorrow. Our mills are in Braviken outside Norrköping and in Hallstavik north of Stockholm.
