We celebrate the diversity and quirkiness of their world and give them the freedom to play in ways that only they can dream up.In order to create more world-class digital toys, we're looking for a User Research Manager to join our team in Stockholm.Role description:The user research manager plays a key role in all aspects of testing and evaluating our digital toys. As a studio, we work iteratively and conduct regular user tests as part of our development process. You will collaborate with play designers, producers and other colleagues in designing, planning and conducting user tests. You will need to have a good understanding of and be comfortable in interview and test settings with children and families. Analyzing and sharing results and learnings of user tests is an equally crucial part of this role. We are looking for an inquisitive and curious person who is informed on what's current in children's culture, and shares their knowledge with colleagues. We believe that you are:Experienced in conducting user research on interactive digital productsGreat with kids 5-10 years old, and comfortable guiding them through play test scenariosExperienced with documenting interviews and play testingCapable of editing video material to make it structured and accessibleEager about sharing the results of your research with your colleaguesProactive in terms of test planning and logisticsFluent in Swedish and English It would also be great if you have:Experience designing and producing digital products, preferably for a kids audienceUp to date knowledge (backed by research) in the child development fieldKnowledge about play and its role in children's everyday life and developmentInteraction design experience What to expect:Toca Boca expects you to be self-motivated and to continuously want to improve both process and qualityYou'll be working with teams of artists and developers that come to the office excited to learn new things every dayThis position is full time and based in our Stockholm office.
