The Position
Systemic Reaction and Expansive Worlds are looking for a User Research (UR) Coordinator to support the research initiatives of the Development Operations team. This is an entry-level position, where no games industry experience is necessary. In this role you will be responsible for setting up and coordinating testing, and cultivating the relationship between the User Research Lab and Avalanche's internal projects.

Job Description

• Schedule and coordinate studies with our external research facility
• Coordinate the creation and handoff of project deliverables needed to conduct studies
• Maintain User Research calendar for the projects you support
• Organize meetings to review results
• Regularly sync with the teams and titles you support
• Maintain records and archive reports
• Work with the Development Operations Manager to highlight current and projected UR needs, and contribute to the roadmap for expanding our user research capabilities.
• Aid in the development and documentation of internal processes supporting UR

Desired skills

• Organization
• Communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented
• Interest in UR/psych is a plus
