We are looking for a User Interface Developer (SW) for our Göteborg site
The Gothenburg site develops state of the art communication based train control systems. The main applications are as
advanced systems for automated transports in mines, and as cost effective signaling solutions for regional railways. Our operations are currently undergoing a substantial expansion, meaning that we need to improve our capabilities for project execution.
Role Profile:
This role is primarily to take a lead with the development of system support tools and graphical user interfaces, being able to support challenge and work with a group of engineers. It is also essential that you have experience of working with Software development in particular the User Interface side of things.
Required Skills:
• object oriented programming and design
• design of graphical user interfaces
• Min 3- 5 years experience in software implementation in Java
• Unix
• Linux
• PHP
• XML
• English language and written
• Excellent IT knowledge and awareness
Desired Skills:
• You must be degree educated or above within a relevant IT / SW discipline
• Previous experience within a similar role
• software architecture design
• software design in UML
• databases (MySQL)
