We are now looking for a passionate UI Designer who wants to create solutions that make things easier and better for our users. You will be a part of the Product Management team consisting of PM and UX UI and join our Rillion organization in Stockholm. You'll be working with UX and UI but mainly/primarily focus on UI and partner up with your colleague that works more with UX. You will also be supporting and working cross-functionally across two product development teams that consist of about 15 developers where you will be able to share knowledge, ideas and opinions while working together to expand the business.
What you will do:
You will be working with both strategy and execution of different projects. There will be great opportunities to shape the role and improve projects for best practice.
Create visual concepts, layouts, graphic components, and prototypes for mobile and desktop apps that align with the target group and brand.
Conduct usability tests
Create designs that are feasible solutions
Collaborate with other members of the development team, such as backend developers, UX designers and product managers.
Continuously iterate and improve the user interface based on feedback and user data to create more satisfying user experience.
You will focus on designing and find the optimal solutions to ensure a great experience to all the users. You will be iterating based on your users ' research, gaining deep understanding of business requirements and dialog with stakeholders and developers.
Responsibility to drive the platform UX UI strategy.

Must have requirements:
About 5 years working experience in total, where you have at least some years' experience of working with business systems/application systems.
A person that can support us in establishing a strong UX UI strategy and drive implementation.
Background in UI and UX, been involved in building component libraries and design systems prototyping.
Very good knowledge of Figma (or similar design tools) using advanced settings and functions.
Fluent in English

Fluent in Swedish
