You will be working closely with our Product and Engineering teams, and will be responsible for design responsibilities critical to the Infobrics SaaS Platform, such as UI design, Component Library Design, Illustrations and Concept Art
You will primarily serve as the sole UI designer for a particular project or application, or part of a team of designers on large collaborative projects
Confidently articulate your design decisions to the product team and other parts of the organization
Work with product team to understand our customers, objectives, competition and user needs
Take into account existing solutions, technical restrictions, business needs, and specific platform demands to produce high-fidelity solutions
Generate ideas and rapidly create concepts, participate in brainstormings with developers and managers
Requirements
At least 3 years working with SAS or enterprise projects
Excellent Ul design skills and a solid UX design foundation
Strong knowledge in WCAG, HIG and Material Design principles
Proficiency with both Figma and Sketch
Comfortable with working in Adobe Illustrator and making small illustrations
Strong communication and presentational skills, ability to make complex things simple and understandable
Experience collaborating successfully with multiple teams of developers, managers, and other team members simultaneously
Diverse online portfolio, or PDF that you can share with us
Proficiency in spoken and written English (+ extra points for Swedish and Russian/Ukrainian)
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, or related field
2-3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
Understanding software engineering processes will be a plus
Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktops, tablets and mobiles
