We are looking for experienced designers within the UX field for assignments at our offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Lund och Karlskrona . Our User Experience team is a multi-cultural group with three focus areas: Human Factors, Interaction Design and Research & Innovation. We work with design and development for some of the leading automotive, medical and industrial enterprises in the world. We are experts in the bridge between physical and digital products, and the possibilities and services that make a coherent ecosystem. As a member of our team you will be involved in challenging projects where you will help our clients to create meaningful and delightful user experiences for physical and digital products and services. We are looking for people who share our passion for understanding users and user centered design. Are you ready to join us? Who are you? You have at least 3+ years of experience from industry with your main focus on either interaction design of software or from physical product development. Your educational background is a Master's degree with a major in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Industrial design engineering or similar.
We are looking for a driven designer with:
a profound understanding of a user centered design process a passion for user research experience in designing complex interactions for digital and physical products experience in test and evaluation methods experience of eliciting requirements and evaluating solutions experience of delivering specifications to a development team the ability to present and argue for chosen design solutions
Desirable knowledge and skills
Design methodology Usability guidelines and best practices Basic understanding of programming and system development Experience in agile methods
Relevant tools
Adobe CC or equivalent Prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Invision or equivalent. Digital tools for ergonomic in practice Siemens NX / Catia V5 / Pro Engineer Autodesk Alias or similar
