hela Sverige EPiServer is looking for a talented Usability Engineer to join our User Experience Team at the headquarters in central Stockholm.
As a User Experience Team member, you work closely with Product Management and Development Teams in the realization of concepts. You are involved in the design process at all stages of the development lifecycle and you will have a big impact on the future user experience of EPiServer products.

As a Usability Engineer, you will have the responsibility for all phases of usability testing i.e. determining participants, conducting the study and presenting findings to engineers and executives.
Your daily work will consist of:
Conducting studies using well established methods such as: cognitive walkthroughs, expert/heuristic reviews, focus groups, customer site visits, contextual inquiry, task analysis or related tasks
Planning and developing test plans for single studies or research plans for a series of related studies
Collecting, analyzing and interpreting user and user task data
Writing usability reports and creating presentations (both brief overviews and detailed fact-based reports)
Your profile?
2+ yrs. experience in usability engineering
Familiar with basic User Centered Design (UCD) principals (also known as Human-Computer Interaction, HCI, User Interface, Usability and User Experience, among others)
Knowledge of usability and accessibility issues and standards
We prefer candidates who have experience with consumer and enterprise software as well as products and web applications.
Education
An advanced degree in either HCI, Behavioral Science or a related discipline.
