About You
You probably have experience in marketing, media and communication field or equivalent. Further you know how to handle customer inquiries. To fit in this role, you are a service-oriented, committed and driven person who makes things happen. We also believe that you have a mind for details while enjoying a high pace and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment. As we are a small company in rapid development, it is a lot that is changing and improving over time. In this role you will be responsible to create the highest value possible while creating most impressions and links by collaborating with as many influencers and bloggers as possible and tap the full potential of the US and Canadian market. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to think outside the box and come with new suggestions on how to grow the US and Canadian market. We seek someone with a great mindset always looking for the next step and with that you will be able to grow your role into a position where you are responsible for all marketing in the US and Canadian market. Further, you provide an outstanding customer service.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:
Influencer marketing:
Contacting small and medium sized bloggers and influencers in the US and Canada.
Setting up collaborations and build long term relationships.
Gathering data of every profile and collaboration due to evaluation purposes.
Taking care of all incoming cooperation requests for the US and Canadian market.
When reaching senior level you will handle all influencer collaborations in the US and Canadian, big and small meaning some traveling to those markets might be required.
Further:
Maintain and observe the Google Ads account for the US and Canadian market.
SEO optimized translation for our webstore due to new product launches, activities or other changes.
Customer service:
Assist customers by email with their inquiries regarding products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipment.
Ensure all customer issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Make sure all information goes to the right corporate interfaces.
Take care of product returns and make sure logistics are running smoothly.
Actively initiate improvements regarding processes and solutions.
Your Profile
Knowledge in marketing/communication and customer service preferred.
You are able to manage your time efficiently by working very structured and organized.
You are familiar with the use of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
English is your mother tongue.
Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
You are a team player and ambitious.
You are flexible and open-minded.
You are a driven and motivated person rear sees the bigger picture and more in the position than just a regular job.
You understand the structure and work life at a startup and like it.
You are able and like to think outside the box.

Salary is set individually depending on previous work and educational experience.

Our office is located in Älvsjö at Varuvägen 9, which is about 12 minutes walking distance from Älvsjö train station.
