For our customer we are looking for a team of three experienced IT Anaysts. The team should have prevoius experience from working together.
Job description/Required skills:
Within Information Modelling Information Demand Management (IDM) plays a key role in establishing efficient implementation and maintenance processes. The function take care of all data requirements in terms of understanding and documenting them according to our established processes.
They are currently 9 FTE?s working with Data Requirements so the resources will be part of an already established team structure.
The candidates will translate business requirements into data requirements for designers, developers and testers within the data warehouse areas (CDW). Focus next year will be to speed up deliveries, strengthen our processes around information capture and ensure appropriate tools and technology usage. The resources will be part of running requirements management streams in the Information Factory or supporting direct projects, turning project demands to tangible data requirements based on the gap/fit analysis provided as part of the etablished way of working.
Needed skills:
• Strong data requirements management methods in an enterprise DW environment
• Strong methodological banckground on data requirements capturing, functional and ER models
• Preferred experience in data modelling in and / or desinging data marts for reporting
• Communication and moderation: They should have experience in guiding a discussion and moderating between different perspectives with the target to achieve a common solution. All communication will be done in English.
