hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Cooperation project manager to our Engineering lab at our Stockholm office, to take on the challenge to be responsible for our portfolio of cooperation projects with several European Universities. The topic of these cooperations will cover hardware engineering of new upcoming ICT solutions; ie mechanics, thermal, RF components, nanomaterials, automotive EV, PBC processes, interface material, etc.
Responsibilities
All of this work is done together with the engineering teamleaders. Part of this work is to reseach and to identfy new possible research topics and technology directions. Part of the work is also to take on the challenge to set up, monitor and complete these projects according to the processes of the actual university and the process inside Huawei. A fair amount of documentation will be needed.
The work will be done close cooperation with our design teams and the cooperation team in Stockholm.
Essential Skills required: (as many as possible from list below):
We expect the candidate to have more than 5-10 years experiences of R&D of high technology orgaisations or academia. This have given the candidate a general and wide understanding of the current frontline within Engineering technologies and a capability to grasp new upcoming technologies.
We also expect an understanding of conceptual design of equipment both in the cost and the functionality perspective.
The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. The position will also handle cooperation projects with Universities so hands-on experience of the academic research environment is appreciated.
We require a PhD or a Master degree n Physics, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent background.

The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work
Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred.
This is a full-time consultancy position at Huawei Kista, Stockholm.
