The role of the professional Nordic Unit Manager / Sales Leader is crucial for leading a team of 12 representatives (Territory Managers / Salesmen). The team is the first point of contact with Dental Health Professionals. For millions of Nordic consumers this is the point of market entry to our Oral-B brand as many follow the advice of their Dental Professional.

Your work assignments

• The role of a Sales Leader requires excellent leadership, organization and communication skills. You will lead, manage, inspire and coach the team to collaborate across the organization and challenge themselves to improve their capability on a going basis. P&G believes that we each have a responsibility to constantly develop our individual and collective capability, and that this responsibility never ends.
• You will train and coach your team to deliver highly effective sales calls using the latest iPad based planning and presenting tools.
• You will be travelling approx 3 nights/week in the Nordic countries to train and support the team when they practice and educate the Dental Health Professionals.
• Occasionally you lead the team at Congresses, Trade Fairs and Scientific Exchanges.
• You can be based at our office at the headquarter in Stockholm, but location can be discussed

Your background/personality

• We require experience from leading/coaching a salesteam and selling products. We appreciate if you have been working in the Health sector, but it's not essential. Most important is that you can understand the Dental business and how to face an academic person.
• You are a professional businessman and goal oriented.
• With your strong leadership and ability to communicate/educate you make your team grow and develop.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English is mandatory and you hold a driver license.
• You like to travel since this position requires overnight stays.
