Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact - on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we're pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping. As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too. We create better everyday conditions for people. We do this by contributing to a more sustainable future through engineering innovation. We love what we do and we're good at it. But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a Unit Manager for our production site in Ronneby.
So, what are you going to do today?
Alfa Laval in Ronneby operates in a global environment within the product group Brazed and Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers. We supply these products worldwide with the right quality at a competitive price and according to agreed deadlines and deliveries. We are a process-oriented organization with a global focus and local presence. Alfa Laval always put safety and sustainability first. We work in line with Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS) following the four priorities Sustainability, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
