A Ghost Kitchen is a restaurant kitchen where a number of different types of foods and dishes are prepared and cooked under various different brands. One minute you could get an order for a vietnamese baguette and the next minute you'll prepare a classic american hamburger. The dishes are prepped and cooked to perfection by the kitchen staff, picked up by a rider and then home-delivered to the customer.
A Ghost Kitchen just like that is located in Värtahamnen and we are looking for a unit manager!
Your responsabilites:
First and foremost you will be preparing, cooking and packaging our delicous food concepts. As a unit manager, it is also your task to make sure that your collegues follow your already great example. You will be the corner pillar at this unit and will overlook all the small details as well as making sure the daily operations are running smooth.
You will be in charge of all the employees at your unit which means your work week will also include scheduling, planning and giving instructions aswell as other adminstration such as ordering. Long term, once you have grown confident in all there is to being a unit manager, you will be able to start developing new food concepts and together with developing managers take our Ghost Kitchens and EaTable to the skies!
Your profile:
Experience from working in a kitchen or restaurant is a bonus but we are first and foremost looking for a responsible, fast learning person who has a great eye for details as well as the ability to see the bigger picture and be able to prioritize well. You should know what it is like to work under high pressure and as the unit manager you are comfortable in wearing the lead jersey. If you are an organized person that likes structure, we like you!
