Main responsibilities
As Unit Manager you will be responsible for the project office and your task will be to manage, drive and develop the Contract Order Process and the people working at the unit. Your key tasks will be:
• Overall secure the deliveries according to customer demands
• Develop the processes within the Contract Order Supply Chain towards world-class
• Develop people and the organization
• Secure the financial performance of the unit
• Set and follow-up goals in line with the overall goals
• Initiate and lead project to obtain the goals
Qualifications'
The person we are looking for has several years experience from managing other people with a technical university degree or equivalent. To be successful in the position we think you should have proven experience in project management and production. Experience from sales is nice to have. A good command in English, both written and spoken is required for the position.
In the position we can see a strong and clear leader with high personal drive, integrity and a coaching approach. You are good in motivating and leading others and have an ability to build relations internally as well as externally. You will be expected to work independently and to be service-minded. You are goal-oriented , well structured and secure in yourself. You have good communication skills combined with a drive to influence change in the way the organisation works to increase effectiveness and responsive to other peoples ideas.
