The Unit Lead Way of Working (WoW) provides support, and recommendations across teams-notably through executive, delivery leadership and team training. The Unit Lead WoW will build and manage a team of Agile coaches that will embed directly with Product Manager, Architects, and delivery teams. Regularly makes recommendations to scrum masters on strategies to calibrate agile fluency, leveraging the enterprise framework including direct support of work mobilisation activities (e.g. roadmap development, functional decomposition).
Responsibilities
The Unit Lead WoW act as Agile evangelist and is responsible for building an agile and customer centric culture and mindset within tech at H&M group. You will run coaching sessions, facilitate workshops, and educate leaders and key business partners in our WoW. You will lead a team of coaches ensuring sufficient coverage in the Product Organisation to share knowledge, unblock domain-wide impediments, and improve productivity across all teams. Part of your responsibility includes to develop the trainer playbook to embed and enable and activate agile role in engineering teams and drive end-to-end transformations with Agile ways of working as a cornerstone. Furthermore, you will be a strategic partner in organisational road mapping and structuring to drive increased ROI, greater adoption, and higher transformation success. We also see that you:
Facilitate sprint road mapping, planning sessions and retrospectives
Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design and change management, as needed by the program/product
Qualifications
We believe you have a holistic mindset and are typically skilled in breaking down silos, enable collaboration and empower teams. You know how to establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to ensure leadership buy-in across both Business and IT. Furthermore, you can assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal agile practices tailored to business outcomes. In addition to this you have deep understanding and knowledge within:
Can identify and execute best practices to increase delivery, transparency, and quality
Can help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
Scrum and Kanban Methodologies.
Agile product and portfolio management.
Scaled Agile Framework.
