Falkenberg Plant, with approx. 400 employees, is characterized by a modern organization and advanced technology machine lines. Development of new technology and product upgrades and improvements are a continuous process, and most of our product assortment is "fast moving consumer goods". In Falkenberg plant, baby diapers and incontinence products are manufactured, primarily for Nordic and central/eastern Europe.
The position is located in Falkenberg and reports directly to the Site Controller in Falkenberg.
Main Tasks
• Analysis of main financial and non-financial KPIs of Factory
• Manufacturing cost and agreed prices calculation on quarterly and annual base. Monitoring of price deviations. Cost and prices simulations based on marketing requests
• Closing of reporting periods. Checking of production KPIs and financial reports
• Analysis and follow-up of budget spending. Cost follow-up reports preparation
• Analysis of financial result
• Assistance in annual budget preparation and forecasts
• Material consumption analysis
• Participation in auditing processes
• Participation in development and implementation of factory controlling procedures and development of new progressive forms and methods of financial controlling
Who are you:
• Sound financial understanding & good accounting know-how
• Business acumen. Needs to have a keen understanding and interest for the business
• Team player with good inter-personal skills
• Strong analytical & business planning skills
• Driving performance
• Pro-active & self-starting with high ambition levels to develop further
Experience and background requirements
• University degree in economics
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Preferably knowledge in Swedish, written and spoken
• Excellent skills in Excel
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a large company
• SAP experience is required
We are looking for a result-oriented person that can deal with pressure and deadlines with a proactive attitude. To succeed you shall have great communication and analytical skills.
