We are looking for two Unit Controllers to our plant in Falkenberg. One position is permanent, and one position is a backfill for a maternity leave.
Falkenberg Plant, with approx. 400 employees, is characterized by a modern organization and advanced technology machine lines. Development of new technology and product upgrades and improvements are a continuous process, and most of our product assortment is "fast moving consumer goods". In Falkenberg plant, baby diapers and incontinence products are manufactured, primarily for Nordic and central/eastern Europe.

Main Tasks
Analysis of main financial and non-financial KPIs of Factory and IDC
Manufacturing cost and agreed prices calculation on quarterly and annual base. Monitoring of price deviations. Cost and prices simulations based on marketing requests
Closing of reporting periods. Checking of production KPIs and financial reports
Analysis and follow-up of budget spending. Cost follow-up reports preparation
Analysis of factory and IDC financial result
Assistance in annual budget preparation and forecasts
Capex Controlling
Participation in auditing processes
Participation in development and implementation of factory controlling procedures and development of new progressive forms and methods of financial controlling
Key Competencies
Sound financial understanding & good accounting know-how
Business acumen. Needs to have a keen understanding and interest for the business
Team player with good inter-personal skills
Strong analytical & business planning skills
Driving performance
Pro-active & self-starting with high ambition levels to develop further
Experience and background requirements
University degree in economics
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent skills in Excel
A couple of years of working experience in a similar position within a large company
SAP experience is required
We are looking for a result-oriented person that can deal with pressure and deadlines with a proactive attitude. To succeed you shall have great communication and analytical skills.
