Overview
SCA Falkenberg is looking for a Unit Controller!
Falkenberg’s Mill, has approximately 400 employees, and is characterized as a modern organization and a high-tech machine park. Here, technology development and improvement projects are ongoing, with the majority of our products being "fast moving consumer goods." In the factory, baby diapers and incontinence products are produced, primarily targeted for the Nordic markets and Central/Eastern Europe.
The position is permanent, location Falkenberg.
Main Tasks
Analysis of main financial and non-financial KPIs of Factory and IDC.
Manufacturing cost and agreed prices calculation on quarterly and annual base. Monitoring of price deviations. Cost and prices simulations based on marketing requests.
Closing of reporting periods. Checking of production KPIs and financial reports.
Analysis and follow-up of budget spending. Cost follow-up reports preparation.
Analysis of factory and IDC financial result.
Assistance in annual budget preparation.
Preliminary budgeting of capital expenditures.
Participation in auditing processes.
Participation in development and implementation of factory controlling procedures and development of new progressive forms and methods of financial controlling.
Key Competencies
University degree in economics.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent skills in Excel
Preferably 2 years in the financial field in an international working environment
Experience from SAP is an advantage
We are looking for a result oriented person that is able to deal with pressure and deadlines with a proactive attitude. To succeed you shall have great communication and analytical skills.
