hela Sverige We are currently looking for a pedagogue co-developing and teaching at our new two-year program in social entrepreneurship: "change course".
Are you the one we are looking for?
We are currently looking for a pedagogue who will, together with the programme manager and guest lecturers deliver the first year of the educational program.
What we are looking for in a candidate is someone with a pedagogical background as well as field experience from work in the NGO domain. You will need to navigate a work environment with a high level of uncertainty and flexibility, to enjoy experimentation and problem solving.
The working language is English, and a high-level working proficiency of the English language is required. Knowledge of Swedish is meriting, but not an absolute requirement. We can offer a calm and pleasant work environment at our school in Älmsta, Norrtälje municipality, Stockholm county.
You will be working with a highly motivated group of individuals, aged 18-35, from all over Europe. The participants are all residing at the school campus.
The program "change course"
is an education for aspiring changemakers; people who are committed to making this world a better place, and not afraid to get their hands dirty in the process. We work in an applied manner, focusing on real-life experience in relation to real stakeholders.
The first year of the education is named "The changemaker's Toolbox", which mainly serve to experiment with tools, methods and processes for changemaking. This includes subjects like design thinking, leadership, activism, building social movements etc. The participants organize themselves in social labs, through which the work with real-life clients is delivered.
The education is classified as gymnasial, but the level of content is closer to what a university would offer.
