Unilever Nordic is looking for a HR Controller
We are looking for a person that has a genuine interest for numbers and figures. You are interested in people and like to combine that with system management, statistics and reports.
As a HR Controller you are part of the Unilever HR Nordic team, which includes enthusiastic HR devoted colleagues, located around the Nordics but mainly in the office in Solna.
Your role will be the Information Management Champion and responsible for Master Data in Peoplesoft for the Nordics. You will work closely with the Nordic colleagues in a supporting role in various statistic issues.
Overview Main tasks:
• Responsible for management and quality of HR data supporting the HR Business Partners
• Expert in the data processes, policies, tools and systems for HR and Unilever
• Ensuring consistency of HR data across all systems (Peoplesoft, SAP, payroll, Softscape etc)
This role will also be combined with some retained HR Administration. You will create HR statistic on a regular basis and be involved in regular full time employee reporting for both Europe and Nordic. You will also be responsible for improvement of data quality and on a monthly basis define and ensure HR/Payroll data reports. Furthermore, your teaching skills will show through when training the rest of the HR organization in systems and tools and to create presentations when needed. You will be the stakeholder towards government investigations, employer organizations etc.

We believe that you have excellent system skills from working with databases and information management. You are a person with high integrity, you value organized work and you have a great interest in systems, numbers and figures. You work independently with focus on the customer. For this role you need to be fluent in English and Swedish or other Nordic language. It is advantageous if you have experience from a HR/Controller role and have worked with Peoplesoft or other HR systems.
